Respond favorably to
Kindness, smiles, a gentle touch and a soft voice
Ask any kitten, puppy, or baby
And they’ll tell you the same

Let the violence cease
Let every action you take
Be a prayer for Peace;
Peace in your heart,
Peace in your home
Peace in your family

And I’m sorry you can’t be a good example
Perhaps I’m just not a good teacher
I’m worried about that this morning;
We all play our part
So if you can’t be a good example,
You’ll just have to serve as a horrible warning…
